Bible Studies
We'd love to have you come and grow with us! This fall we have several options for you to choose from! Childcare will be available for any study by reservation.
  • Mondays, 6:45 p.m. Study the Book of Hebrews, the Nearness of King Jesus. Join author Lisa Harper as she journeys through the bridge between the Old and New Testaments to get to the heart of the matter: Jesus is our accessible King. Meets in Room 18.
  • Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m. Priscilla Shirer's book Discerning the Voice of God will be the focus of this study where you will learn to recognize God's character, language, and tone of voice as you spend time in His Word and understand the role of the Holy Spirit.  Meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, Room 20.
  • Wednesdays, 6:15 p.m. Life without Lack, a study of Psalm 23 will cause you to learn the secret of living with contentment, peace and security. Author Dallas Willard believes that Psalm 23 is one of the Bible's most familiar passages, yet it makes some of Scripture's most extraordinatary claims: "I shall not want ... I will fear no evil." Are we aware of those claims? Do we believe them so deeply that we are ready to live as they are true?  Meets in Room 19.
  • Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. I & II Timothy, a Precepts study. How are the people in the church to behave? What happens when we hear teaching that is not the truth? Timothy, a young pastor, was told the answers to these question in this letter written to him. It contains some doctrine, but also very practical instructions for how people in the church are to live. Meets in Room 20.
  • Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. Philippians and Colossians. READ: A Bible Study Plan for Unpacking God's Word is designed to help us study God's Word on our own using a simple four-part process - Record, Explore, Apply and Don. In less than 20 minutes a day, you'll learn how to 1) study God's word on your own with confidence, 2) develop healthy Bible study habits, 3) go deeper in your time with God and 4) use resources to enhance your learning. No book other than the Bible is needed. Meets in Room 20.

A Woman's Night of Service

On Monday, November 29 at 7 pm, we will gather in the Student Center for A Woman's Night of Service to enjoy fellowship, a time of prayer and worship. We'll assemble items to share with single moms, widows, the Open Door Pregnancy Center and Jaymie's Place. A housewarming registry has been set up at and we encourage you to pick out an item and purchase it for Jaymie's Place. We'll provide all materials for the other projects that evening. The ministry team is excited that we'll be blessing those listed above through these projects and hope you'll join us for a special time together.
